  • What are the requirements to rent a car?

    To rent a car, you must provide a valid driver's license, passport with a visa page or a resident card, and an authorized credit card under the main driver’s name.

  • Can I cancel or modify my booking?

    Yes, you can cancel your booking. If canceled more than 48 hours before pick-up, a fee of OMR 5.000 applies. If canceled within 48 hours, one day's rental charge plus OMR 5.000 applies. Modifications may incur an amendment fee of OMR 5.250.

  • Is insurance included in the rental?

    Yes, our rentals include insurance with an excess of OMR 50 per claim. If the driver is under 25, the excess is OMR 100 per claim. A police report is mandatory for all accidents.

  • Can I take the rental car outside Oman?

    No, unless you receive prior approval from us. Additional charges and conditions may apply for cross-border travel.

  • Are there any restrictions on driving the vehicle?

    Yes, vehicles cannot be used for off-road driving, crossing flooded areas, or under the influence of alcohol/drugs. Violations may lead to full liability for damages.
